ROX solid aluminium profiles are manufactured in continuous lengths without joints. This results in an especially stable and durable construction with a high load-bearing capacity for everyday use.

In addition, the carcass and profiles are permanently joined with high-quality rivets to ensure maximum stability and safety. Therefore, additional cover corners can be dispensed with entirely.

The anodised surface of the solid aluminium profiles also reliably protects against abrasion, corrosion and tarnishing and ensures a high-quality appearance in the long term.

Designed for everyday use: the extra-wide, recessed ROX handles provide comfortable handling, secure transport and high load capacity even under demanding conditions.

Made from high-quality glass-fibre-reinforced plastic, they offer maximum stability while remaining comfortable to handle – durable, robust and reliable in professional use.

CASTORS - ROX & ROLL

Whether for everyday transport or heavy-duty use: The partially recessed, ball-bearing ROX-Silent castors impress with quiet running, high abrasion resistance and maximum stability.

The wide track provides reliable control and comfortable mobility even on uneven surfaces – even under demanding operating conditions.

HINGES - Flaps absolutely reliable

ROX hinges are engineered for long-term durability and precise operation. High-quality materials, solid workmanship and robust construction ensure reliable opening and closing – even under heavy use.

Depending on the application, a range of hinge solutions is available, including versions with an integrated lid-locking mechanism, a wider opening angle or a fully removable lid. This provides the right long-lasting solution for every application.

OPTIMAL EQUIPMENT

SUPPORT ANGLES - Robust support

Where off-the-shelf products fail testing, ROX develops its own. For example, patentable support angles for the secure attachment of front panels. The front-panel support angles are made of robust aluminium and can be easily hooked into the profile groove of the case at any desired position. PLUG-IN SYSTEMS - Order is essential

ROX plug-in systems ensure this. The practical compartment systems allow an individual and flexible arrangement of the interior of the case. That way, everything has its place and is kept in order. The ROX plug-in systems are made from durable plastic and are also suitable for drawers or similar. The grid spacing is 5 mm. Foam inserts

For our cases we also offer fine-cell foam inserts and cubed-cut foam in various designs. Fine-cell foam inserts for heavy contents. Oil- and solvent-resistant. Included: several sheets of varying thicknesses to cover the entire case base. Egg-crate foam panel in the lid to apply controlled pressure to the contents. Cutting knife and instructions for a professional finish and shape-retaining cut-outs. Foam-lined cases ensure the safe transport of delicate items. Whether transport cases, shipping cases or presentation cases – we are happy to manufacture aluminium cases with plastics to your individual wishes and requirements. A foam-lined case protects your goods in transit from shocks and scratches. For photographic equipment, coins or other valuable items, a foam-lined case is ideal.
