What you'll be working on with us
At ROX you will work on real products and tangible tasks. The currently advertised role in production planning exemplifies what it's about: product design and engineering of packaging solutions, enclosures, cases and bags, production support, preparation of bills of materials and work plans, and the development of new products and production processes.
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who bring technical understanding, care and a sense of responsibility – and who are keen not only to plan solutions but to implement them together with the team. What matters here is not just qualifications and experience, but also the willingness to think proactively, to take responsibility and to take quality and attention to detail seriously.
Working with short distances
ROX stands for a high level of vertical integration "Made in Germany" and combines leather, textile and plastics processing with technical and logistical services at its Hofstetten site. For employees, this means short distances, direct coordination and a working environment in which development, production and implementation work closely together.
