In addition to weight and volume, the decisive factors for the design of your case or bag are the handling in everyday life and the type of transport as well as the desired additional functions. Consultation takes place at your premises or, on request, at our main factory in Hofstetten.

Whether directly to you or to different shipping addresses – as a complete delivery or in multiple shipments according to specific schedule requirements: The ROX logistics department, in collaboration with trusted contract freight forwarders, ensures that your orders arrive quickly, securely, and on time.
AFTER-SALES-SERVICE
Even after your products have left our premises, we continue to provide you with support and assistance. The warranty on ROX products is 3 years. And should the need arise after years of use, we promise to repair your business companions quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Guaranteed!
